Model 1000 Casita is OFF-GRID LEED Hurricane resilient house constructed entirely using Silacon’Smart enabled 2 x 6x 96 construction grade lumber.  No additional dry wall, outside wall finishing roofing, or utility wiring, signal wiring, or fluid delivery system required. (Note that Silacon’s modules are the industry classical definition of modular housing)
